At BondiBrit, we are committed to offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged or credited via a gift card.
• Items purchased online are not eligible for return or exchange through any in-person events.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Visit the Returns Portal on the BondiBrit website.
2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Choose whether you’d like a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.
5. Select your preferred shipping method and receive a QR Code for drop-off.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If self-shipping, we recommend using a tracked service for safety.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• A £5.00 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exclusions:

• International Orders: Exchanges are not available for international orders. However, eligible items can still be returned for a refund or store credit.
